Eirloom

Welcome to Eirloom.

You have made a serious commitment and we take that seriously. This page is designed to give you complete clarity on what comes next.

By the time you have read it, you will know what the first 30 days involve, what we build from your data, what you can expect to change and when, and what the program asks of you.

Client Onboarding

You are now inside the Eirloom system.

Your program begins by mapping your biology across three dimensions: epigenetic, biochemical, and physical. Most people have fragments of this picture: a blood test here, a wearable metric there. Eirloom brings it together, reads it against the science, and produces something no generic health approach can: a precise, integrated picture of how your system is actually running.

From that picture, a dedicated Longevity Performance Advisor builds your program from scratch. Your protocol, your targets, and your session structure are all derived from your data, not from a template.

The cognitive benefits of this work are as significant as the physical ones. The biology that governs your recovery is the same biology that governs your focus, your decision quality, and your capacity to perform under sustained pressure. When your hormones are calibrated, your sleep architecture is sound, your inflammation is controlled, and your nervous system has the recovery it requires, your thinking becomes cleaner, faster, and more consistent under load. These are measurable changes. We measure them.

We connect those dots using science and precision, not generalisations. And we adjust the system continuously as your data changes.

There is no fixed endpoint. The program compounds.

What you share with Eirloom stays with Eirloom.

Your biomarker results, your epigenetic sessions, your physical assessments, your protocol, your session records, and everything discussed between you and your advisor are treated with the same level of discretion you would expect from a private physician. Everything stays within this system unless you give explicit instruction otherwise.

Your data stays within Eirloom

Your data stays with the people directly responsible for your program. We do not share it with partners, sponsors, or any external organisation for any purpose, commercial or otherwise.

Your advisor holds your information in confidence

Everything discussed in your sessions stays with the immediate team responsible for your program. Where specialist input is required, it is sought with your identity protected.

Your member portal is private

It is password-protected and accessible only to you and the Eirloom team members directly responsible for your program. Access is logged and monitored.

Your biomarker results go directly to a confidential address

Send them directly to confidential@eirloom.life. That address exists for one reason: to make clear, from the first interaction, how seriously we treat what you send us.

All data is stored and processed in compliance with GDPR

You have the right to request a full copy of everything Eirloom holds on you at any time, and the right to have it deleted.

Raise specific requirements with your advisor

If you have specific confidentiality requirements beyond what is described here, raise them with your advisor before your first session. We will address them directly.

This program will ask more of you than most things you have tried. It will also give you more back.

First 30 days

Expect to invest time. The epigenetic sessions are substantive. The data gathering is thorough. This is intentional. The quality of everything that follows is only as good as the picture you build now.

By month one

You will have a precise picture of your biology and a protocol built specifically for it. You will know exactly where your system is performing and where it is losing capacity.

By month three

Most clients are reporting measurable shifts in recovery, energy consistency, and cognitive clarity. Some see changes sooner. The timeline depends on your baseline and how closely you follow your protocol.

By month six

Your second biomarker panel will show what has moved and by how much. The data begins to tell a story across time, rather than only a snapshot.

At 12 months

You will have a biological age assessment against your baseline. The gap between where you started and where you are is the measure of the work.

This is a compounding result, built over time.

What we measure, and what changes.

Eirloom works across all of these simultaneously, because the biology that drives your body is the same biology that drives your decisions, your identity, and your capacity to lead.

Progress shows up in multiple dimensions at once.

What we measure

Physical performance and recovery

Cardiovascular capacity (VO₂ max, HRV, resting heart rate), muscle strength and composition, sleep depth and architecture, recovery rate, and inflammatory load. These are the markers that tell us how your body is performing and how fast it is aging.

Metabolic and biochemical health

Blood glucose regulation, insulin sensitivity, hormonal balance, thyroid function, liver and kidney health, and key vitamins and minerals. These are the internal variables that often remain hidden until problems emerge.

Cognitive capacity

Processing speed, working memory, decision quality, and mental clarity under load. Cognitive performance is biological. It responds to the same precision as physical performance.

Stress and nervous system regulation

Autonomic balance, cortisol patterns, and the capacity to recover from high demand periods without compounding debt. This is what determines whether pressure builds capacity or erodes it.

Identity and standards

How you make decisions under pressure, how you hold your own standards when conditions are difficult, and how consistently your behaviour reflects your stated priorities. This is measured through your epigenetic sessions and tracked through your advisory relationship over time.

Purpose and direction

What you are building toward, and whether your biology and your daily patterns are aligned with it. Purpose affects biology. An advisor who ignores this is working with incomplete data.

What changes, and when
Day 14

The first measurable shift. Most clients report a change in recovery quality and energy consistency within two weeks of the protocol going live.

60 days

8 in 10 clients report steadier energy across the day. HRV begins to trend upward. Sleep architecture shows measurable improvement.

90 days

Average HRV improvement across the client base is 31%. Deep sleep increases by an average of 3.1 times baseline. Cognitive performance scores show an average lift of 23 points.

6 months

hsCRP, the inflammatory marker most directly linked to biological aging, drops by an average of 67% within one program cycle. Hormonal markers stabilise. Physical capacity benchmarks improve.

12 months

Average biological age reduction across the client base is 4.2 years. This is measured against your baseline panel using the same methodology used at the start.

These are averages. Your results depend on your baseline, your consistency, and how precisely your protocol is followed. Some clients move faster. None of this happens without the inputs.

Eirloom provides the system. You provide the inputs and the consistency.

01

Complete all four baseline inputs in the first 30 days

Attend your epigenetic sessions, order and complete your biomarker panel, complete your physical assessment, and share any additional data your advisor requests.

02

Attend your advisory sessions

2 to 4 sessions are scheduled each month. They are the mechanism through which your protocol is adjusted and your progress tracked. Missed sessions slow the system.

03

Follow your protocol between sessions

Your advisor designs it based on your data. Its effectiveness depends on your execution.

04

Be honest in your epigenetic sessions

The system is only as accurate as the information it is built from. Your advisor is working to understand you, not to assess you.

05

Share your results promptly

When your biomarker panel is ready, download your PDF and send it to confidential@eirloom.life before your next session. Send it as soon as it is ready.

06

Communicate what is working and what needs adjustment

Your protocol is designed to be refined. If something needs adjustment, say so. Your protocol depends on honest feedback.

48 hours

Within 48 hours of joining, your Longevity Performance Advisor will contact you directly.

They will introduce themselves and schedule your first epigenetic session. You can wait for that call before taking any action.

If you have existing blood results, medical history, or wearable data you want to bring into the program, begin gathering those now.

Four inputs build your biological baseline.

Design begins only once all four are complete.

011:1 sessions · video or in person

Epigenetic Assessment

Several 1:1 sessions with your advisor, by video or in person. These are structured conversations designed to build a precise picture of how you live, work, sleep, recover, and where your patterns are costing you capacity. Take the time they need.

0260 markers

Biomarker Panel

You order this directly from the lab. The panel covers the markers that determine how you are actually aging: cardiovascular risk, hormonal balance, metabolic function, inflammatory load, thyroid, liver, kidney, blood count, and key vitamins and minerals. These are not routine markers. They are the variables that conventional medicine rarely tests until something is already wrong. Your Biomarker Assessment Guide tells you exactly what to order and how to send your results in.

Physical Assessment

A structured baseline of your physical capacity: cardiovascular fitness, strength, body composition, and recovery. Your advisor will confirm the format and location based on where you are based.

04Historical · optional but valuable

Additional Data

Previous blood panels, DEXA scans, VO₂ max tests, medical records, consistent wearable data. Share them with your advisor before your baseline is closed. The more complete your history, the more precise your starting point.

By the end of day 30, your advisor will have interpreted all four inputs together and prepared your Vital Threads report and initial protocol. Your first synthesis session is scheduled within the same window.

Once all four inputs are in, your advisor interprets them together as one picture.

Your Vital Threads report

A scored assessment across all eight levers of your biology, with your advisor's interpretation of what the data means and what it requires.

Your 14 day protocol

The first structured block of your program. Specific actions, sequences, and targets across the levers your data has flagged as priorities. Every 14 days, your advisor reviews your data, assesses how the protocol is performing, and issues the next block. This is the operational rhythm of your program.

Your first synthesis session

The session where your advisor walks you through your report and your protocol in full. This is when your program officially begins.

Eight levers of your biology. Each scored out of 100.

Sleep Architecture82
Metabolic Health71
Cardiovascular Capacity88
Hormonal Balance64
Inflammation & Immunity76
Cognitive Performance79
Stress & Nervous System58
Identity & Standards91

Each score is accompanied by your advisor's interpretation: what is driving it, what it means for your performance, and what the protocol is designed to move.

This is an interpretation of your biology in the context of how you actually live.

Your report is updated at each major review point: at 6 months and 12 months at minimum, and more frequently if your data warrants it.

2 to 4 sessions each month. Each runs approximately 60 minutes.

Your advisor reviews what has changed since the last session, assesses how your current 14 day protocol is performing, and designs the next block based on what they see.

Everything is tested against your current data before it is carried forward.

Between sessions, your advisor monitors your Vital Threads. If something requires attention, they will reach out. You also have electronic access to your advisor outside of session times and can reach them directly.

Password-protected. Built entirely around your program.

Live from the moment your first synthesis session is complete.

Your Vital Threads

All eight threads updated continuously. Your data, your trend, and your advisor's current note on what it means and what to do.

Your 14 Day Protocol

Where your active plan lives. Every 14 days, a new block is issued by your advisor. It replaces the previous one. Always current, always built from your latest data.

Your Vital Threads Report

Your full scored assessment, updated at each major review. The interpretation that sits behind your protocol decisions.

Your Commitment

My Eirloom Commitment

I am entering the Eirloom program because I want to take greater ownership of how I live, perform and lead.

I understand that Eirloom will provide expertise, structure, insight, accountability and support. I also understand that Eirloom cannot make my daily choices for me.

This program is a partnership. Its value will depend partly on my willingness to participate honestly and consistently.

I commit to:

  • 01
Showing up honestly. I will be truthful about my health, habits, challenges, progress and setbacks.
  • 02
Taking part fully. I will make a serious effort to attend sessions, complete assessments, respond to check-ins and take the agreed actions.
  • 03
Communicating early. When something is not working, I will communicate rather than disappear or wait until the problem becomes larger.
  • 04
Using setbacks as information. I understand that progress is rarely perfectly linear. I will treat difficult periods as information rather than proof that the process has failed.
  • 05
Taking responsibility for implementation. Eirloom can advise, challenge and support me. I remain responsible for my choices and actions.
  • 06
Protecting my health. I will disclose relevant medical conditions, symptoms, injuries and medications. I will seek qualified medical care when appropriate and will not treat Eirloom as a replacement for medical care.
  • 07
Respecting confidentiality. I will respect the privacy of other clients, advisors and participants.
  • 08
Staying engaged. I will make a serious effort to remain engaged, particularly during the periods when motivation is lower and consistency matters most.

Acceptance and consent.

Before we begin, please confirm the following. Both are required to activate your program.

YOUR RESULTS ARE THE START OF THE WORK, NOT THE END OF IT.

Every session, every panel, every data point makes the system more precise. The program compounds because the inputs keep coming.

Your advisor is with you at every step.
